Social Impact Award  | Up to 25 Employees

This award recognises outstanding initiatives undertaken by small businesses that make a meaningful contribution to society or their local communities. The focus is on efforts that are entirely centred on giving back, rather than serving commercial interests.  While businesses are commercial entities, they also hold a vital role within society. The award celebrates initiatives that are driven by a genuine desire to create a positive social impact—regardless of whether they result in any direct benefit to the business itself.  The Selection Committee will be looking for initiatives that were clearly motivated by a sense of social responsibility rather than profit, particularly those that promote inclusion and foster community well-being.
