This award is designed to recognise the Business or Individuals who deserve recognition for their significant contribution towards businesses in Malta. No applications will be accepted for this award. The selection of the winner will be in the hands of the SME Chamber President and will assessed through his experience and determination of value.
This award is open to businesses operating in Gozo and designed to recognise the Best Gozo Business of the Year. The Selection Committee will be looking at the best businesses in a holistic manner, especially seeking those that can be deemed to be the best and/or made the most improvement holistically touching one or more of these areas: business growth and value added, innovation, employee work condition, support to society, environmentally-friendly measures.

The Selection Committee will be looking at businesses that made an overall holistic improvement in one or more of these areas: business growth and value added, innovation, internationalisation, digitalisation, ESGs and work-life balance for employees.
This award is designed to recognise a young Entrepreneur to champion for the Year. The Selection Committee will be looking for a young entrepreneur who shows exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, provides a fresh outlook to business and is backed by a good quality business plan and model. The improvement that the business made from when it was opened until today will be taken into consideration.
This award is designed to recognise a female Entrepreneur to champion for the Year. The Selection Committee will be looking for a female business owner/s showing exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, provides a fresh outlook to business and is backed by a good quality business plan and model. The successful progression of the business and forward-looking outlook will be taken into consideration.
Family-owned businesses are a main pillar in Malta’s business makeup. The Selection Committee will be looking for a Family business that can show an equally balanced commitment and proficient attitude between the family structure and the business model. Any specific structures, safeguards and plans will be considered in the adjudication.
